Basic
muffins recipe:
3 dl flour
2
teaspoons baking powder
vanilla extract
1˝ dl
sugar
3
eggs
1 dl vegetable oil or melted butter
˝ dl milk or juice
Icing &
decorating:
2 dl icing sugar
4-5 teaspoons lemon juice
green "spaghetti" sweets
Easter sweets
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry
ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Add
eggs, oil and milk. Mix until smooth. Line a 12 cup
muffin pan with paper liners (or use approximately 15
liners if you bake muffins without a muffin pan). Spoon
batter into muffin liners and bake for 12-14 minutes,
oven preheated to 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Let the muffins cool.
Stir lemon juice into
icing sugar until smooth. Spread icing on cupcakes and
decorate with green spaghetti sweets ( =grass) and small
Easter sweets (= eggs). Happy Easter!
