INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 blocks of ice cream
- whipped cream (2-4 dl heavy cream with sugar and
vanilla essence)
- biscuits
- sprinkles
Flowers:
- wooden skewers
- biscuits with filling
- sugar icing (˝
dl icing sugar
+ a few drops of water)
- sweets
DIRECTIONS:
Decorate biscuits
with sweets using sugar icing as glue. Let dry.
Cover the ice cream block
with whipped cream. Decorate top of cake with sprinkles
and sides with bisquits. Place the flowers over the ice
cream cake using wooden skewers as stalks.
